i am currently recovering from an eating disorder (which i hate to label myself as having).  my eating habits haven’t been normal for nearly a year, and i’m trying very hard to be healthier mentally so that i can carry it out and become healthier physically as well.

i hit my lowest weight of 90lb this year, at 18 years old.  naturally, my body weighs about 100lb and has a small frame.  i want to get back to my natural healthy weight and be in shape, taking care of myself inside and out

this is one of the hardest journey’s i have begun, and it’s only the beginning.  i may fall a few times but i’m hoping to pull through and just be healthy (: ask any questions / any support or advice is greatly appreciated!
